If aa is the same as carplay, entune app suite is disabled (grayed out) when you're using it just as it is with carplay, there's even a message on the head unit that warns about it.
I have tried this several times with the same results. When i learned about a possible update, i found the link above, downloaded the link to a flash drive, followed the instructions and it restored the bluetooth function button!! According to the entune app on my phone, i'm running version 1.15.373.30. I tried a reboot and that doesnt work either.
