My Phonak App Review. My only complaint — and i consider it to be major — is in the bluetooth capability. Every time we have emailed them in the uk asking for information they have replied promptly and been very helpful.
For the use of the myphonak app, phonak hearing aids with bluetooth® connectivity are required. One of the advantages is remote support, which you access from the right top menu and have to set up with your own account. The default phonak setting on my phone app is “autosense os 4.0” and this is good for just about everything.
Other manufacturers have many of the same features, but phonak's done it longer and their clinical data is very solid.
There aren’t that many levers to begin with, but the ones that are there are intuitive to use. Swiss manufacturer phonak have launched their newest hearing aid offering in august 2020, the ‘phonak paradise’. Phonak marvel hearing aids use the myphonak app to not only adjust the hearing aids as a remote control would, but also to make all kinds of fine tuning adjustments, create your own settings, and more. Myphonak app can be used with google mobile services (gms) certified android™ devices supporting bluetooth 4.2 and android os 7.0 or newer.
